His strong performances have attracted interest from Everton, who are looking to strengthen their defensive options.

With Nathan Patterson eager to secure a loan move away from Goodison Park, Everton are seeking a replacement at right-back.

Jelert, with his experience in the Champions League and Europa League, is seen as a promising young talent who could bolster the team’s defensive capabilities.

Galatasaray are expected to consider Everton’s offer, as they are looking to recoup their initial investment in the player.

While the transfer window has just opened, Everton are already making moves to improve their squad and address their defensive concerns.

The Lions are currently first in the Super Lig table and are competing in the Europa League.

Jelert has one goal in 21 appearances in all competitions this season but has only started three games in the league.

The 21-year-old is under contract until 2029.
