Everton star Cenk Tosun has not been included in the starting line-up for the past two games despite joining the club in January on a £27 million move.
The striker has been dropped in favor of Oumar Niasse, who has taken just two shots over the past two games failing to score or assist.
Everton suffered a humiliating 5-1 defeat against the Gunners over the weekend and have won just once in 2018.
There have been rumors that Tosun is growing frustrated with Sam Allardyce not giving him playing time recently.
It turns out however, that reports of a rift could not be further from the truth.
In fact, Tosun is actually fone of Big Sam and revealed how much of a help he has been since joining.
The 26-year-old revealed they have bonded well and that he is enjoying working with Allardyce.

Speaking at the Everton season ticket event Tosun said: “I have been adapting on the pitch as well, like in training. It is different to how it was in Turkey – you have to be stronger and it is much harder. But I have to get used to it. I train as hard as I can and week-to-week I get better. I want to help my team and score goals.
“The manager, Sam Allardyce, has really supported me too. Our relationship is really nice. He wanted to bring me here and he is helping me a lot on and off the pitch. I am enjoying working with him. He knows my skills and its great to work with him.”
We wonder if his kind words will be enough to get him back in the team as the Toffees first-choice striker.
Tosun will be available for the Crystal Palace clash on Saturday in the Premier League, whether he starts or even features is another story.
