Everton could still get rid of striker after £7m Crystal Palace move collapsed, Super Lig giants wait for decision after making offer

Everton could still end up parting ways with Oumar Niasse despite his £7 million move to Crystal Palace only recently collapsing.

According to the Daily Mail, a deal was in place or Niasse to make the move to Crystal Palace before the deal hit the rocks.

Turkish sports agency Futbol Arena report that Fenerbahce have made an offer for the Senegal international.

Per the source, the Istanbul giants plan to sign Niasse in a deadline day move.

The Super Lig transfer window shuts on Friday 8 September.

Fenerbahce are waiting for the Toffees to make a decision regarding their offer for the striker.

Everton reportedly want to sell Niasse but Fenerbahce are keen on a loan move.

The Canaries are desperate to sign an additional striker following injury to Robin van Persie.

With the Dutch star striker sidelined, Fenerbahce will only have Roberto Soldado available.

Niasse is no stranger to Turkish football, having enjoyed a stint at Akhisar before moving to Russia and then England.

The 27-year-old scored 15 times and provided seven assists in 40 games for Akhisar during his time at the Super Lig outfit.
