The number of clubs that have joined the race to sign Besiktas star striker Cenk Tosun has reached 13 according to Haberturk.

Per the source, Everton and Tottenham have actually held talks with the Turkish international’s father Mesut Tosun – who is also his representative.

Mesut is reported to have told the Premier League sides that his son does want a Premier League move but not over the winter break.

An end of season move is however, a possibility if Besiktas give the green light.

The 26-year-old has played an important role in Besiktas winning the league title for the past two seasons.
