Felipe Melo out for 1-2 months says Galatasaray team doctor [divider]
Galatasaray midfielder Felipe Melo may recover sooner than expected according to team doctor Yener Ince.
The Brazilian midfielder was expected to be out until the end of the season following his hernia operation but could return within 1-2 months.
“It is difficult to say how long he will be out for but an estimation would be 1-2 months, our aim is to get him back playing as soon as possible,” Yener told Galatasaray Tv.

Galatasaray have struggled in the past when the Melo has been suspended or injured.
Melo missed four games in the 2013-2014 season due to suspensions and the Lions failed to win any of those game.
The 30-year-old joined Galatasaray on a permanent deal from Juventus worth £3 million last summer after playing the previous two seasons on loan at the Lions.
The hard working midfielder has scored one goal in 21 appearances for Galatasaray in all competitors this season.
Galatasaray are currently first in the Süper Lig with 48 points after 21 games.
