Fenerbahce 2-1 Sivasspor: Yellow Canaries Comeback Gives Breathing Space From Relegation Scrap

Fenerbahce came from behind to beat Sivasspor 2-1 at the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium on Friday in the Super Lig.

Former Fenerbahce player Omer Hurmaci gave the visitors the lead on 73 minutes but Roberto Soldado equalised just one minute later.

Chelsea loanee Victor Moses started for the Yellow-Navy Blues and setup Soldado with the assist.

The Nigeria international now has two goals and two assists in all competitions since joining in January.

Mehmet Ekici managed to put the home side ahead after managing to nutmeg Tolgahan Acar from an awkward angle.

The victory moved Fenerbahce out of the relegation zone into 13th place on 31 points.

The Yellow Canaries could however, be dragged back into the relegation scrap should Ankaragucu, Bursaspor and Goztepe since their respective games.
