Fenerbahce have completed the transfer of Slovenia international Miha Zajc for a four-and-a-half year contract.
The Yellow Canaries paid an undisclosed fee in addition to sending Salih Ucan to Empoli on a permanent move – he was previously on loan.
Zajc is a 24-year-old midfielder who scored three goals in 21 matches for the Serie A side this term.
The Istanbul giants also signed Tolgay Arslan on a €3m move from Besiktas and Serdar Aziz on a free transfer after his contract was terminated by mutual consent with Galatasaray.
Aziz was famously transfer listed after missing the final game of 2018 with a belly ache only to be spotted in the Maldives the following day after his wife shared a story on her Instagram account with the player posing on the beach.
Fenerbahce are in the midst of their worst season in history, with only four wins in 18 league games.
The Yellow-Navy Blues are currently in 14th place, only three points from the bottom of the league table.
