The report claims that United will not block a Martial exit in January and that he is not a player that features in Erik ten Hag’s long term plans.
Martial is under contract until the end of the season but United do have the option to extend his deal by an additional year.
If United do not decide to extend his contract the winter transfer window could be the last chance to recoup a transfer fee for the forward.
Martial has been used in rotation this season, he has two goals and two assists in 19 appearances in all competitions this season but has played just 620 minutes.
Fenerbahçe is not the only club interested in Martial. West Ham United, Inter Milan, and two Saudi clubs are also interested in him.
The Yellow Canaries are expected to make a concrete offer for Martial soon.
The Yellow-Navy Blues are keen on strengthening their attack to increase their chances of lifting the Super Lig title and penetrating deeper into Europe.
The Istanbul giants are currently top of the Super Lig and could book a place in the next round of the Conference League.
