Fenerbahce have expressed interest in signing Sheffield United midfielder Boubakary Soumare according to Turkish transfer expert Yagiz Sabuncoglu reporting for Sports Digitale.
The Turkish club are looking to bolster their squad ahead of the new season and have identified Soumare as a potential target. The 24-year-old French midfielder has impressed in the Championship and could be a valuable addition to Fenerbahce’s midfield.

However, a move for Soumare may be challenging, as Sheffield United are reluctant to sell the player. The Blades have already lost several key players this summer and may be hesitant to part ways with another valuable asset.
Fenerbahce will need to negotiate with Sheffield United to reach an agreement for Soumare’s transfer. The Turkish club will also need to assess whether they can meet the player’s wage demands and convince him to join the team.
The Yellow Canaries could have funds to spend if the €35m transfer of Ferdi Kadioglu to Brighton goes ahead and they will be looking to strengthen the squad if that does happen.
