Fenerbahce lost 5-3 against Real Madrid at the Allianz Arena, Germany in the Audi Cup third-place on Wednesday.

Yellow Canaries midfielder Ozan Tufan did however, manage to score a stunning goal from range against the La Liga outfit.

Tufan returned from loan at Alanyaspor over the summer and has been busy trying to prove himself to Ersun Yanal.

If the Turkey international keeps scoring this kind of goal I think Yanal may just give him a place in the team next term.

Nabil Dirar will also be glad to have got his name on the scoresheet. The Morocco international was involved in an unfortunate incident yesterday during the 6-1 defeat to Bayern Munich.

Dirar tried to walk off the pitch mid-game after being booed by his own fans but Yanal forced him to stay on.

The 33-year-old issued an apology in a message shared on social media afterward.

Fenerbahce looked pretty decent going forwards but yet again their defence let them down.

Twenty-one-year old goalkeeper Altay Bayindir did impress despite conceding five-goals – which was largely the result of poor defending.
