Fenerbahce are preparing a move for the German international star man Bastian Schweinsteiger.
The Turkish newspaper AMK claims that Manchester United could sell the World Cup winner for as little as £5.5million.
Schweinsteiger has struggled since joining United from Bayern Munich after spending the majority of the season in the treatment room.
The Istanbul giants have built up a strong relationship with Man Utd after signing both Robin van Persie and Luis Nani from the Red Devils last summer.
Van Persie and Nani are both in great form for second placed Fenerbahce this season having scored, 15 and 10 goals, respectively.
The Germany international has two assists and one goal for United in 31 games since joining in the summer. Schweinsteiger is currently undergoing treatment for a ligament injury.
United take on Everton in the Premier League this weekend as they look to secure a forth place finish.
