Fenerbahce have reached an agreement with Chelsea winger Victor Moses sources close to the Yellow Canaries revealed to Turkish-Football.
Moses’ representatives have struck a deal with the Super Lig based outfit and a loan move is looking increasingly likely.
The Nigeria international is expected to arrive in Istanbul over the next 24 hours for a medical.
Chelsea have given the green light for the move to go ahead.
Fenerbahce are expected to make an official statement regarding the 28-year-old shortly.
Yellow-Navy Blues sporting director Damien Comolli has been in London holding talks with Chelsea and Moses over the transfer.
The move looked unlikely after the two sides failed to initially agree on the fees but a breakthrough was made earlier today.

Fenerbahce find themselves hovering just above the relegation zone in 15th place – one spot above the last three by virtue of goal difference.
Moses is under contract at Fenerbahce until 2021 but has struggled for playing time since the appointment of Maurizio Sarri.
The 28-year-old has played just 176 minutes of first-team football this term.
Fenerbahce meanwhile, would be almost certain to offer regular first-team football for the Nigeria international.
