Fenerbahce moved into second place in the league following their 1-0 over Mersin last weekend. The Istanbul giants have a chance to go to the top of the table if their rivals Besiktas drop points against Galatasaray this weekend.
Ismail Kartal’s side have been consistently winning but have not clicked into gear. Fenerbahce have been tame in attack and have scored the least amount of goals in the top three.
Serdar Kesimal, Raul Meireles, Emmanuel Emenike and Pierre Webo are doubts for the game.
İstanbul Başakşehir
İstanbul Başakşehir have been in stunning form in recent week and have moved into forth place in the league. Abdulla Avci’s side which were promoted to the Turkish Super Lig this year, have won their last four games and have a chance to make it five in five.
Başakşehir have conceded just six goals this season which is the best defensive record in the league.
Prediction
Fenerbahce have been off colour in attack while Başakşehir have one of the best defensive records in Europe. I predict a low scoring game.
