Arsenal playmaker Mesut Ozil has responded to the Coronavirus outbreak with a two-part Tweet on his official Twitter account.
Ozil underlined that ‘football does not matter right now’ and that all that matters is the ‘wellbeing’ of everyone.
The playmaker of Turkish origin also urged everyone to thank doctors and medical staff who are working hard trying to prevent the virus from spreading.

Ozil along with the entire Arsenal first-team have been quarantined after head coach Mikel Arteta was diagnosed with the virus.
The playmaker has not been diagnosed with Coronavirus himself and there are no reports of other Arsenal players contracting the virus.
Arteta is currently in self-isolation following the UK government health guidelines.
The Premier League have suspended all fixtures this weekend following the latest developments.
The league published a statement on the official club website confirming that all football fixtures will be suspended until April 3rd.
Premier League Chief Executive Richard Masters said: “Above all, we wish Mikel Arteta and Callum Hudson-Odoi speedy recoveries, and everyone else affected by COVID-19.
“In this unprecedented situation, we are working closely with our clubs, Government, The FA and EFL and can reassure everyone the health and welfare of players, staff and supporters are our priority.”
