Fabri, 30, worked with Fulham goalkeeping coach Jose Sambade Carreira at Deportivo La Coruna and at Besiktas.
In fact the coach played an important role in him joining both Besiktas and now Fulham.
Fabri helped Besiktas win the 2017 Turkish Super Lig title, and was part of the side that finished the Champions League group stage as undefeated leaders.
The Spanish keeper conceded just 30 goals in 34 league appearances as the Black Eagles finished fourth.
The Cottagers have an option to extend Fabri’s contract by a further 12 months.
