Galatasaray were held to a 1-1 draw at the Turk Telekom Arena in the Super Lig on Sunday.
Ryan Babel put the Lions ahead on 60 minutes and reigning Super Lig champions looked dominant until Michael Jean Seri was sent off on 75 minutes.
The Fulham loanee was initially shown a yellow card but following an intervention from VAR he was sent off for stamping on Jevtovic’s foot.
Seri ended up receiving a red card for the first time in his career in the process.
The Yellow-Reds have now had a man sent off in their first two games of the new campaign, last week Marcao was given his marching orders.
Galatasaray thought they had all three points wrapped up heading into the sixth minute of additional time after the 90 minutes but Jonsson ended up scoring a last-gasp equaliser.
The Lions have yet to win a game this season and have recorded just a single point from their first two games.
Galatasaray will get the chance to try and win their first game this term when they take on Kayserispor away on Friday.
