Fulham have been closely linked with a move for Besiktas full-back Gokhan Gonul according to the Takvim newspaper.
Per the source, the newly promoted Premier League side are prepared to offer €4.5 million for the Turkey international.
Besiktas meanwhile are reportedly open to the deal as they are nearing an agreement with Porto full-back Daniel Opare.

Fulham are reportedly waiting for a response from the Black Eagle.
The report claims that the Istanbul giants want the Cottagers to increase their price if they want to prize Gonul away over the summer.
Gonul is a vastly experienced full-back, having won the league title twice with Fenerbahce and once with Besiktas.
The 33-year-old has 65 international caps for Turkey.
The right-back does still have another two-years remaining on his Besiktas contract. Gonul provided four assists in 34 appearances for Besiktas in all competitions this season.
The Black Eagles finished last season in fourth-place and will compete in the Europa League this season.
