Galatasaray 1-1 Bursaspor: Lions Suffer Three Injury Blows Inside 42 Minutes

Galatasaray were held to a 1-1 draw against Bursaspor at the Turk Telekom Arena on Friday.

The Lions dropped points for the first time at home this season in the Super Lig.

The Istanbul giants got off to a rotten start after centre-back Serdar Aziz was forced off with injury on 20 mins and replaced with Maicon.

To make matters worse Fegouli had to be taken off just a minute later for Eren Derdiyok.

The drama was not over as Fernando became the third place to be substituted due to injury on 42 minutes, making way for Selcuk Inan.

Head coach Fatih Terim used all three substitutes inside 42 minutes as a result.

It was Bursaspor who took the lead when Aytac Kara scored on 63 minutes but Derdiyok saved the Lions blushed with an equaliser on 77 mins.

The result kept Galatasaray top of the table but Basaksehir, Besiktas and Kasimpasa could all close the gap to a single point if they win their respective games.
