Galatasaray came from behind to win 2-1 in a hard fought game against Kasimpasa.
Kasimpasa started the game well and their high pressing approach paid dividends on 41 minute as they forced their opponent into a succession of errors which lead to Adem Buyuk sliding the ball past Muslera into the net.
Prandelli’s half time team talk was clearly effective as Galatasaray hit back early in the second half with a goal from Burak Yilmaz which looked marginally offside.
In the 90th minute Chedjou earned his side a corner via a powerful run down the right flank, the Cameroon international then nodded the cross in from Sabri onto Umut Bulut’s path. The Turkish international headed the ball from close range into the back of the net to put his side ahead.
Friday’s win moves Galatasaray into first place in the league having played an extra game.
