Galatasaray Complete Transfer Of Christian Luyindama From Standard Liege

Galatasaray have completed the transfer of Christian Luyindama from Standard Liege on a six-month loan deal with an option to buy.

The Lions confirmed the move on the official club website.

Luyindama arrived in Istanbul, Turkey earlier today before being officially unveiled as the third Galatasaray player to join the club in the past 24 hours.

The 25-year-old will receive €600,000 for the rest of the season, Liege meanwhile will earn a €3m fee for the temporary transfer.

Galatasaray also have a buyout clause option but the fee for the option has not been revealed.

Luyindama will replace Ozan Kabak, the 18-year-old Turkey international joined Stuttgart on a €12m move earlier in the window.

The powerful defender had three goals and one assist in 30 appearances for the Belgium based outfit this season.

The DR Congo international joins Senegal international Mbaye Diagne and Greek national team player Kostas Mitroglou who all completed their moves today.
