Galatasaray Complete Transfer Of Nigeria U20 defender Valentine Ozornwafor & Adem Buyuk

Galatasaray have completed the transfers of defender Valentine Ozornwafor and forward Adem Buyuk the club revealed on the official club website.

The Lions snapped up centre-back Ozornwafor who impressed at the Fifa U20 World Cup in Poland.

The 20-year-old has agreed to a four-year deal and was one of three transfers announced together on the same day. The others being Buyuk and Ryan Babel.

The reigning Super Lig champions agreed to pay Nigeria Professional Football League champions Enyimba €300,000 for Ozornwafor.

“It is a dream come true joining Galatasaray,” Ozornwafor revealed at his signing ceremony.

“I have always wanted to play for a big club with an incredible atmosphere and amazing people since childhood.”

Galatasaray revealed that Buyuk meanwhile, has signed a two-year contract and will earn 3.5m TL over the 2019-20 season and 4m TL for the 2020-21 campaign.

Buyuk scored six goals and provided three assists for Malatyaspor last term.

The 31-year-old journeyman has played for several Turkish clubs including Besiktas, Altay, Manisaspor, Kasimpasa and Boluspor.
