Galatasaray is looking to strengthen its midfield during the winter transfer window and are interested in Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey, sources have told Turkish-Football.
The team has struggled to find a partner for Lucas Torreira in central midfield, and is reportedly interested in a move for Partey in January depending on his injury situation.

Partey has been ruled out of injury for the rest of the year but was struggling for playing time when he was fit and being played out of position as a right-back.
The Daily Mirror reported that Partey will be out for the rest of 2023 due to a thigh injury.
The Ghana international is under contract until 2025 but his future at Arsenal is unclear.
The Gunners could move to strengthen the midfield themselves with Partey’s future uncertain as he could also be called up to the Africa Cup of Nations – although it is a doubt with his injury problems.
The Lions wanted Partey over the summer but could return for a move in January as they are unhappy with Tangur Ndombele.
Nbomdele is on loan from Tottenham but has struggled to settle in and his weight has caused management concerns.
The Yellow-Reds want to part ways with Ndombele, Mertens is now aged 37 and Sérgio Oliveira has struggled for playing time.
Galatasaray want to strengthen the midfield with the title race hotting up and potential qualification to the next round of the Champions League or dropping to the Europa League.
The Lions are currently second in their group in the Champions League and second in the Super Lig on goal difference to leaders Fenerbahce.
