Galatasaray Reach Agreement In Principle With Monaco Striker Falcao

Galatasaray are on the verge of completing the transfer of Monaco striker Radamel Falcao according to TRT Spor.

Per the source, the Lions have reached an agreement in principle with the Colombia international.

The report claims that Galatasaray will pay Falcao €7m per-season but that sponsors will cover half of his wages.

Negotiations between Galatasaray and Monaco are ongoing.

Monaco reportedly want to move Falcao on for free in order to avoid paying his high wages next season.

The 33-year-old striker has just 12 months remaining on his current contract with the Ligue 1 outfit.

This is not the first time Falcao has been closely linked with a move to Turkey.

These transfer rumours tend to always pop up this time of year but TRT Spor is reporting that a deal is near.
