Galatasaray have set their sights on Portugal international centre-back Rolando.
A source close to the Istanbul based club revealed to Turkish-Football that talks between Galatasaray and Rolando’s representatives have already taken place.
The 33-year-old stopper scored Olimpic Marseille’s winning goal during their Europa League semi-final clash with RB Salzburg last week.
Rolando’s future at the Ligue 1 giants is cast in doubt after failing to pen a contract extension. The 32-year-old’s current deal expires at the end of the season.
However, Galatasaray already have four center-backs in their squad, Maicon, Jason Denayer, Ahmet Calik and Serdar Aziz.
