Galatasaray take on Basaksehir in the Istanbul derby at the Turk Telekom Arena knowing that a win will take them into first place in the league while a defeat would deliver a serious blow to their championship aspirations.

The Lions will fall five points behind Basaksehir if they do end up winning but Galatasaray have won their last nine home games.

Manchester City loanee Jason Denayer is fit for Galatasaray and could start.

In fact Lions boss Fatih Terim has a full-strength squad to pick from.

Basaksehir meanwhile will be without Márcio Mossoró who is injured and should be replaced by Arda Turan.

Stefano Napoleoni is also out injured for the Istanbul.

Basaksehir have won their last four matches against Galatasaray in all competitions and have won three successive games in the league.
