Garry Rodrigues has arrived in Istanbul for talks with Fenerbahce a source close to the club revealed to Turkish-Football.
Rodrigues was welcomed by Yellow Canaries sporting director Damien Comolli and board member Selahattin Baki.
The former Galatasaray winger is currently locked in talks with Fenerbahce which are expected to continue throughout the day.
Rodrigues currently plays for Al Ittihad but the Saudi Arabian side are willing to loan the winger on a two-year deal.
The Lions sold Rodrigues to Al Ittihad for €9m just seven months ago but the 28-year-old has struggled to settle in scoring just one goal in 11 games.
The Cape Verde international impressed at Galatasaray scoring 13 goals and providing 14 assists in 61 league appearances.
Rodrigues helped the Lions towards lifting the 2017-18 league title and had settled into life during his time in Turkey.
Joining Fenerbahce would be a controversial move for Rodrigues considering the rivalry Galatasaray have with their Istanbul neighbours.
