Its been a tough start to the 2018/19 season for Everton’s star striker Cenk Tosun.
The Turkey international joined the Toffees from Besiktas in a deal worth £26 million back in January and started to put together a run of form towards the tail end of last season.
However, Tosun has scored just one goal this term and has been dropped from the starting XI by Everton boss Marco Silva.
The 27-year-old has subsequently been linked with a January move back to Besiktas.
We took to social media to gauge the reaction from some Everton fans regarding their star striker. There were a number of fans criticising Tosun’s record while others were happy to defend him for his overall work rate and the job he was doing.

Tosun is expected to feature for the Turkey national team when they take on Bosnia this weekend.
Everton’s next game is on October 20 against Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
