Gokhan Töre has been given a three-match suspension following the red card he received in Beşiktaş’s 3-2 defeat against Erciyesspor on Monday.
The PFDK decided to extend Tore’s suspension and handed him a fine.
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) released a statement on their website confirming the decision.
The statement read: “Besiktas A.S. footballer Gokhan Töre has been given a three-match suspension and been handed a 13.000.-TL fine due to his action towards the referee.”
Töre has scored two goals and made three assists in 12 appearances for Beşiktaş in all competitions this season.
