Halis Özkahya to referee the Euro 2016 qualification clash between Azerbaycan and Malta

UEFA have revealed that Halis Özkahya will officiate the Euro 2016 qualification clash between Azerbaycan and Malta.
The game will be played in Baku at the Tofig Bahramov Republican stadium. Kick-Off is at 17:00 GMT on Saturday 28 March.
Özkahyar will be joined by assistant referees Cem Satman (TUR) and Ekrem Kan (TUR). Kemal Yılmaz (TUR) has been appointed as forth official.

The additional assistant referees will be Mete Kalkavan (TUR) and Tolga Özkalfa (TUR).
Azerbaijan sit at the bottom of the table with four defeats in four games. Malta are in 5th place with one point in four games.
Malta drew their last game 1-1 with Bulgaria while Azerbaijan succumbed to a 1-0 defeat at home at the hands of Norway.
