He played through injuries and managed to fight his way back into the team after a dip in form. One fan described him as being the Reds new ‘warrior.

Can has many admirers, we are not sure if it is his hair or his amazing knee-slides but the young midfielder does seem to be a hit with the ladies – and guys.

The fans were full of praise for Can yet again.

The stats say it all really.

Should Emre Can get a new contract? He will have just 12 months remaining on his current deal at the end of the season.

The Reds may be forced into selling Can if an agreement is not reached.

Who agrees?

Glowing endorsement!

  1. First and most importantly, a big congratulations to Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool. It is true that Emre became a strong reliable player. His success in protecting the back 4 and driving forward with brilliant passes became key to turning Liverpool’s fortune around. I personally didn’t think Liverpool would make top 4 as they proved incapable of defending and worse, teams figured them out, but Klopp and Co somehow managed to cross the line with champions League football a reality. I personally expected much more as the final game was quit nervy and no silverware. Klopp is one of the best and should now push even harder. Liverpool have waited for this calibre of coach for a long time and success is all that matter for the Reds come new season.
