Germany international Kerem Demirbay has told the German media that he is open to a move away from Hoffenheim.

The midfield playmaker has been linked with a move to Arsenal and Everton in recent weeks. Meanwhile Bundesliga giants Dortmund and Schalke are also understood to be in the race.

“We do not know what is going to happen in the summer, that’s what I can say,” Demirbay told Sky Deutschland when asked about his future.

“I have agents, the club have people responsible for handling that.”

“Well, the player is still the one who says what he wants to do.”

When asked about reports linking him with a move to Dortmund and Schalke Demirbay went on to state, “Well, honestly, it would not be uninteresting.”

Meanwhile, Italian outlet Newsmondo recently reported that Demirbay is the subject of interest of both the Gunners and Everton.

Demirbay has two Germany international caps to his name. Like Man City star Ilkay Gundogan, he also happens to be of Turkish descent.

The 24-year-old has provided five assists and two goals in 22 appearances for Hoffenheim this season.

Arsenal are back in action next weekend when they take on Swansea City in the Premier League.
