Kasimpasa’s in-demand star striker Mbaye Diagne has spoken out about his future.
Turkish-Football recently broke the news that Hull City and Bournemouth were interested in signing the Senegalese striker.
We also broke the story that Leeds United are also interested in a move for Diagne this summer.
Following reports linking Diagne with a move away from Kasimpasa, Sabah reporters caught up with the star striker.
“The reason I moved from China to Turkey is because I want to play football in Europe,” Diagne told Sabah.
“I still have a year remaining on my contract and am focused on scoring more goals for Kasimpasa.
“Regarding my future, we will have to see what happens. The club also has the option to extend my contract by another season.
“But, we’ll see what happens together.”
Diagne only joined Kasimpasa during the January transfer window but hit the ground running upon arriving in Istanbul. The 26-year-old scored an impressive 12 goals in 19 Turkish Super Lig games.
