Turkey take on Iceland at the Laugardalsvöllur Stadium on Tuesday in their fourth 2020 European Championship Group H qualifier.
Crescent-Stars boss Senol Gunes heads into the clash without Celta Vigo midfielder Okay Yokuslu, Everton striker Cenk Tosun and Stuttgart defender Ozan Kabak.
Such is the depth of the Turkish defence now that Gunes has the luxury of three top-class centre-backs even without Kabak in the side.
Gunes opted for Kaan Ayhan and Merih Demiral in the 2-0 victory over France on Saturday and is likely to keep the same defensive duo intact after their outstanding display.
The midfield coped remarkably well considering Yokuslu was out. Hakan Calhanoglu did not start either due to tactical reasons which was a surprise. Instead, Irfan Can Kahveci, Dorukhan Tokoz and Mahmut Tekdemir got the nod and boy were they impressive.
Cengiz Under gave the French nightmares on the wing. Kenan Karaman proved a menace on the other flank and Burak Yilmaz caused problems with his pressing and forward runs.
Gunes is likely to field the same side but he is not afraid to chop and change depending on the opposition.
If Turkey do beat Iceland they will remain Group H leaders and extend their points to four points.
The visitors have won all five games with Gunes in charge scoring 12 goals and conceding just once.
