One player the Merseyside based side could be without for the final at the end of the May is Emre Can.
Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville feels that not enough is being made of the Can situation.
During co-commentary, Neville made his views on Can very clear.
“I don’t think enough has been made about it,” Neville said of Can leaving. “I’m a big, big fan of Can, I think he’s a good player and he’ll only get better.”
The midfielder of Turkish origin has been out injured with a back problem since just before the international break.
Can suffered an injury during the 5-0 win over Watford.
The 24-year-old has not played since but may make a recovery in time for the final.
With Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain’s long-term injury, Klopp could really do with the powerful midfielder against Real Madrid.
The problem is Can may just have signed for another club by then as he is approaching the end of his contract.
The midfielder will be a free agent unlesss he signs a new deal with Liverpool.
