Inter Milan are set to offer Galatasaray €5 million for defender Semih Kaya according to the Hürriyet.
The Italian giants are reported to have been keeping close tabs on Kaya and the deal been putting forward is claimed to be a four year contract.
Nerazzurri manager Roberto Mancini knows Kaya well having coached the the Turkish international during his in charge at Galatasaray.

Atletico Madrid president does not deny Semih Kaya link
Kaya was rumoured to have enjoyed a close relationship with Mancini and the Italian coach but the Serie A side could face competitions from Atletico Madrid who are also reported to be closely linked.
The 24-year-old has spent much of 2015 on the sidelines due to injury but has since returned to first team football.
The young defender recently missed the European championship game for Turkey against the Netherlands and the friendly against Luxembourg.
Kaya still has four-years left on his contract and makes €1.5 million per-season and is valued in the region of €10 million by his club.
The Turkish international has also been linked with Juventus and Manchester United in recent weeks.
