Italian giants to hijack Liverpool move for Dortmund star with €20m bid after pulling out of Riyad Mahrez race

Italian giants to hijack Liverpool move for Dortmund star after pulling out of Riyad Mahrez race

Borussia Dortmund star Emre Mor has been linked with several clubs across Europe.

The Sun reported that Liverpool, Everton, Arsenal, Inter Milan and Roma are all in the race for the 20-year-old.

Per the source, Jurgen Klopp in particular is keen on the Turkish international.

The latest developments from Italy suggest that Roma have prioritised Mor after pulling out of the race to sign Leicester City star Riyad Mahrez.

The Corriere dello Sport claim the Serie A outfit are willing to pay €20 million including bonuses to land Mor.

Roma could swoop in and hijack Mor just like they did with Cengiz Under.

Turkish-Football can confirm that City were on the verge of signing the Under and had already found a loan side for him – Freiburg.

Roma made a move for Under after selling Mohamed Salah to Liverpool and snapped him up for €14.9 million.

The Italian giants lack options on the wing after selling Salah and are focused on signing an additional winger.

Mor will be competing for playing time on the right flank with his Turkish international teammate Under if he were to make the move.
