Juventus became the latest side to target Cengiz Under according to reports in Italy.

Tuttospor claim that the Italian giants will send a club official to Istanbul on Sunday for talks.

Per the source, Juve will offer €7 million for the 19-year-old nicknamed the ‘Turkish Dybala’.

The latest developments follow Manchester City becoming the first side to hold official talks with Basaksehir over Under.

A source close to the player revealed to Turkish-Football that City were held lengthy negotiations throughout much of yesterday.

Basaksehir did not striker a deal as their €10 million valuation was not matched.

Talks are expected to continue as City remain keen on signing the youngster.

The Citizens have close ties with scouting networks and agents across Turkey after their last forage into the Turkish market.

City signed Enes Unal on a £2 million move from Bursaspor in 2015 before making a £10 million profit on his sale to Villarreal this summer.

The Manchester based outfit could also face competition from their cross-city rivals.

Manchester United have been keeping tabs on Under for months.

Basaksehir manager Abdullah Avci confirmed United interest in a recent interview with Turkish state broadcaster TRT Spor: “Yes, it’s true there is some interest for Cengiz. It’s normal that the clubs like Tottenham and United are showing interest for him because the kid is a good footballer.”

Under himself has stated that he wants to play Premier League football and that a club like United would be a dream.

The rising star played a major role in Basaksehir finishing the league as runners-up and reaching the Turkish Cup final – scoring nine times and providing seven assists.

Under would become the second Turkish intentional to leave the Super Lig for a Premier League side since Enes Unal if he were to make the move.
