Jose Mourinho Will Not Block Man United Ace Leaving Old Trafford Amid Reports Of Transfer Talks With Super Lig Giants

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho will not block Marco Rojo and Matteo Darmian leaving Old Trafford over the summer according to ESPN FC.

Per the source, Mourinho would rather both players stay but is prepared to let both leave.

Rojo has been closely linked with Fenerbahce who want the Argentine defender on loan.

Mourinho accepts that both players are unlikely to be given regular first-team opportunities this season.

Rojo is reportedly needed as cover at centre-back after the Red Devils failed to bring in another central defender.

The 28-year-old was not included in the matchday squad in the Premier League opener due to injury.

The Argentine international has however, dropped down the pecking order behind Eric Bailly, Phil Jones, Chris Smalling and Eric Lindelof.

The bookmakers have the Argentinian international down as the most likely player to leave United this summer.

Ladbrokes have the 28-year-old priced at 1/3 to join Fenerbahce.

Turkish-Football reported earlier today that Fenerbahce will launch a formal offer based on the outcome of their Champions League Third Round clash against Benfica tonight.

The Yellow Canaries are in debt to the tune of €621m and under pressure from Financial Fair Play to curb spending.

The prospect of Champions League football could allow the Istanbul giants to slightly loosen the purse strings and pursue a new defender.
