Jose Sosa hopes to use his ‘European competition’ experience against Liverpool [divider]
Beşiktaş attacking midfielder Jose Sosa revealed that he hopes his European competition experience will benefit his side against Liverpool.
The Black Eagles take on Liverpool in the Europa League Round of 32 on Thursday at Anfield.
“European and domestic football are completely different and require a different mentality,” Sosa told BJK TV.
“I hope I can use my experience to our advantage, the team are really motivated for the game.”

The Argentinian midfielder spent last season on loan at La Liga champions Atletico Madrid before joining Beşiktaş on a three-year deal from his parent club Metalist Kharkiv.
Sosa won the La Liga title with Atleti and also helped the Rojiblancos reach the Champions League final last season.
The attacking midfielder has also won the Bundesliga with Bayern Munich.
The 29-year-old has three goals and six assists in 23 appearances for Beşiktaş in all competitions.
Beşiktaş are currently lead the Süper Lig table and qualified for the Europa League Round of 32 without a single loss in the group stages.
