The home side were down to 10 men in 83rd minute when the promising defender Selim Ay was sent off for a second bookable offence.
Despite being a man down Konyaspor managed to score the winner in the 89th minute with a powerful shot from Omer Ali Sahiner.
The win takes Konyaspor up to 13th place in the Turkish Super League.
