Koray Gunter has completed his move from Genoa to fellow Serie A outfit Hellas Verona the player’s agent Ersin Akan revealed to Turkish-Football.
Verona have loaned Gunter from Genoa on a one-year deal with an option to buy.
Genoa meanwhile, have included a counter-option in his contract in case they want to bring the defender who turns 25 back.
Gunter arrived at the Verona headquarters yesterday alongside his agent Ersin Akan to officially complete his move and put pen to paper.
The defender joined Genoa from Galatasaray as a free agent last season making 15 appearances in all competitions for the Italian side.

The Germany born defender of Turkish origin was a Borussia Dortmund player before moving to Galatasaray in January 2014.
Gunter rose through the Dortmund youth ranks but made just one Bundesliga appearance for the German side.
The defender did not really made an impact in Turkey making just 28 appearances in the league for the reigning Super Lig champions.
