Leeds United forward Caleb Ekuban is on the verge of an Elland Road exit according to the latest reports from Turkey.
We recently reported that Trabzonspor were in talks with Leeds over signing Ekuban this summer. Club President Ahmet Agaoglu has also confirmed that negotiations are ongoing with the Peackocks.
Meanwhile, the Turkish newspaper Sabah have revealed that Trabzonspor have struck a deal with both Leeds United and Ekuban.
Per the source, Trabzonspor will take the Ghanaian striker on loan for 12-months.
The report goes onto state that Trabzonspor will not pay Leeds United a loan fee and that Ekuban will earn £250,000 during his stay at the Black Sea based club.
Trabzonspor have until September 1 to complete the deal.
Ekuban, who made his move to Leeds back in 201, scored just one goal in 20 appearances for the Championship side last season.
The 24-year-old has found first-team opportunities hard to come by following the appointed of Marcelo Bielsa.
