Bright Osayi-Samuel, whose contract with Fenerbahce runs until 2025, continues to attract interest from England according to the Aksam newspaper.

Per the source, Leeds United have reignited their pursuit of the 27-year-old Nigerian winger.

Leeds are reportedly preparing a £7 million offer for Osayi-Samuel, who has become a key player for the Turkish club since his arrival in 2021. In his 128 appearances across all competitions, he has directly contributed to 17 goals (6 goals and 11 assists).

Osayi-Samuel’s versatility, having transitioned from winger to right-back at Fenerbahce, could be an asset for Leeds.

This renewed interest suggests he remains a target for the Championship club, potentially bolstering their squad depth in multiple positions.

The offer could be dependent on whether Leeds are promoted to the Premier League.

Leeds are currently second in the Championship eyeing a return to the top flight but whether they are promoted or not could determine their summer transfer policy.

The Nigeria international meanwhile, is no stranger to English football having already played for QPR and Blackpool before his move to Fenerbahce.

The 26-year-old has eight international caps for the Nigeria national team and is under contract at Fenerbahce until 2025 so this summer would ideally be a good time for the club to sell unless they renew his deal.
