Leeds United are the latest side to show interest in Besiktas star striker Alvaro Negredo this summer.
A source close to the Istanbul based club has revealed to Turkish-Football that both Leeds United and West Brom have made enquiries about the availability of the Spanish striker this week.
However, an official bid is yet to be tabled and both Leeds and West Brom have under 12 hours to make the transfer happen.
Cardiff and Aston Villa have also been closely linked with a £3 million move for Negredo over the past seven days.
Negredo racked up six assists and seven goals in 31 appearances for Besiktas last season. The 32-year-old has under 12 months remaining on his contract with the Istanbul based club.
Negrego is no stranger to playing in England after spells at Manchester City and Middlesbrough. The Spain international netted 18 goals in 68 Premier League appearances.
