Leicester 3 – 1 Liverpool – Emre Can provide assist during shocking display
Emre Can was one of Liverpool’s few bright sparks during their 3-1 defeat at the hands of Leicester City.
The Germany international played in three different places for Jurgen Klopp’s side and provided the assists for his sides only goal.
Leicester City looked back to their best following the sacking of Claudio Ranieri last week and took an early 2-0 lead following goals from Jamie Vardy and Danny Drinkwater.
Jurgen Klopp’s half time team talk must of fell on death ears as Jamie Vardy scored his second goal of the night to make it 3-0.
Philippe Coutinho cut Leicester lead down by a goal in the 68th minute however, the Red’s failed to build upon the goal.

Liverpool remain in fifth position following tonight’s defeat with 49 points after 26 games. The Merseyside club take on forth placed Arsenal this weekend knowing a defeat will leave their UEFA Champions League qualification hopes in tatters.
Emre Can has two assists and three goals in 28 apperances for Liverpool this season.
