Caglar Soyuncu joined Leicester City on a £19m transfer from Freiburg on transfer deadline day over summer.
The 22-year-old has however, yet to make his debut for the Foxes.
Soyuncu did have a muscle injury when his transfer went ahead but he has since recovered and did start both Turkey national team games against Russia and Sweden.
Despite recovering and returning to full match fitness the Turkey international has yet to feature for the Premier League outfit.
Leicester boss Claude Puel has revealed the reason why Soyuncu has yet to play for his new club.
It turns out that Soyuncu has not been played because he has yet to learn English to a standard Puel feels is acceptable.

“For the moment, he has some problems communicating with his team-mates because he does not speak a lot with all the good words and sentences,” Puel said. “He needs to make progress.
“Also he is a young player. That is the first thing. The second thing is that I think it was a good opportunity to give more game-time to Jonny and with Wes to work together and play together.”
Soyuncu also took a while to leave German after completing his transfer from Altinordu to Freiburg in 2016 but is now fluent in the language.
The defender has been taking English lessons and a source close to the player revealed to Turkish-Football that he has improved his conversational language skills.
The young defender is hoping to make his debut on the weekend when the Foxes take on Newcastle United at St James’ Park on Saturday.
