Galatasaray haven stepped up their efforts to sign Leicester City star striker Ahmed Musa.

The Nigeria international has been closely linked with a move to Gala in recent weeks.

According to the Turkish outlet Futbol Arena, Galatasaray have tabled a loan bid for Musa. Per the source, the Istanbul giants have offered a £1 million free to loan the 25-year-old for 12-months.

Meanwhile, the Turkish outlet Takvim claim that Galatasaray have already agreed personal terms with the striker.

Galatasaray are planning to strengthen their squad to cope with both the Turkish Super Lig and UEFA Champions League.

Musa joined Leicester City for £16 million back in July 2016 but has struggled to make an impact in the Premier League.

The Nigeria international spent last season on loan at his former side CSKA Moscow where he scored eight goals in 22 games for the Russian giants.

Musa was included in Nigeria’s national team squad which is currently present at the 2018 World Cup.
