Germany take on Chile in the Confederations Cup final hoping to win the tournament for the first time.

In fact it would be both sides first time to win the trophy.

Liverpool star Emre Can played a key role in Germany’s equaliser in the Group B game and will be hoping to feature in his first Confederations Cup final.

Can did not start in the 4-1 victory over Mexico but did setup the fourth and final goal.

The midfielder of Turkish origin is likely to start as Joachim Low is likely to field one of his strongest available sides as he did when they last faced Chile.

Unlike Germany who are without most of their first-team stars, Chile brought a strong squad to the tournament and will have the likes of Vidal, Sanchez and Vargas available.

Chile are the only side who have managed to avoid defeat against Germany so far in the tournament.
