Trabzonspor goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir could be set for a move to Lille should the Ligue 1 this summer.
A source close to Lille informed Turkish-Football that Cakir will be a priority target should Mike Maignan leave at the end of the season.
Lille have already held talks with Trabzonspor and are prepared to make a formal offer depending on the Maignan situation.
The French side built close ties with the Black Sea based outfit after completing the transfer of Yusuf Yazici on a £15.75m move last summer.
Cakir has been closely linked with Liverpool ever since Trabzonspor president Ahmet Agaoglu confirmed interest in January.

“There are offers for Cakir, we continue to receive offers. It’s been said Liverpool have made an offer,” Agaoglu was quoted as saying by Turkish-Football.
“So a team that is undefeated in the Premier League wants my keeper. In other words Liverpool’s goalkeeper is in my goal.”

However, Alisson Becker is the Reds first-choice keeper meaning Cakir would be second-pick.
Trabzonspor have confirmed receiving a €20m offer for the 23-year-old.
It is unlikely that Liverpool would pay €20m for a second-choice keeper.
Lille meanwhile, have the prospect of selling current No 1 Maignan.
Several Premier League sides want Maignan with Chelsea leading the pack of interested teams.
Eurosport reporter Manu Lonjon reported that Maignan is a summer transfer priority for the Blues.

Lille have accepted that Maignan could be on his way out. In fact, it is likely he leaves following the end of the current season.
Trabzonspor also need to sell players this summer to meet their Financial Fair Play commitments and Cakir is among their most highly sought after players.
