Liverpool Draw Roma In The UEFA Champions League Semi-Finals

Liverpool drew Roma in the Champions League semi-final draw which took place in the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.

The Reds progressed to the last-four after beating Premier League leaders Manchester City 5-1 on aggregate.

The Premier League outfit shocked the Citizens with a 3-0 win at Anfield

Roma meanwhile booked a place in the semi-final after knocking Barcelona out of the quarter-finals on away goals.

Barcelona won the home leg 4-1 but Roma mounted an incredible comeback in Italy, recording a 3-0 away victory.

Turkey international star Cengiz Under provided the assist for the final goal against Barcelona which took Roma through to the next round.

Under has been involved in two goals in his three Champions League games since his debut against Shakhtar Donetsk in the Last 16.

The 20-year-old has a total of six goals and two assists in all competitions this season.

Fellow player of Turkish origin Emre Can will not feature for Liverpool as he has a back injury.

In the other semi-final tie Bayern Munich will take on Real Madrid.
